Public parking

FREE METERS FOR TWO WEEKS IN DECEMBER

There are nine public parking lots in the Downtown area. The map shows their locations. Most parking spaces have two-hour metered parking from 9am to 8 pm seven days a week. Lot M is a two level underground parking structure with 200 2-hour metered spaces and 260 8-hour metered spaces. Lot 8 is long-term free parking and Lot 7 has 10-hour meters.

Meter prices range from $0.50 an hour to $1.00 an hour. Be sure to read all posted signs and warnings and have lots of change available for the meters.

Valet parking

Downtown Manhattan Beach has two year-round Valet drop off locations to serve you on weekend nights. One additional station is in operation during the summer months.

1. Manhattan Avenue & 11 Street: Year-round
2. Manhattan Avenue & 12th Street: Year-round
3. Manhattan Beach Boulevard just west of Morningside Drive: May – September

Hours of Operation

Thursday, Friday and Saturday from 6 PM to Midnight
Sundays 6 PM to 10 PM

$7.00 flat fee payable in advance.
