If you want to serve beer or wine at the 2026 Holiday Open House, this is required. ONLY 24 APPLICATIONS WILL BE ACCEPTED, FIRST COME FIRST SERVED.
The Department of Alcohol Beverage Control considers the Holiday Open House a “GROUP” event and will not grant any individual permits for the night. All permit requests will be gathered by the DBPA (Kelly Stroman), and submitted to MBPD as a group, after payment is received. Once approved by MBPD, then the Department of ABC evaluates.
$150 fee for the ABC Permit, wristbands, extra security detail and associated costs
$100 Participant Contribution for Holiday Open House entertainment, and the entire November/December Marketing + Advertising campaigns.
(ALL BUSINESSES ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE $100 HOLIDAY OPEN HOUSE contribution, in addition to paying for $150 for AN ABC PERMIT)
You must provide a signed letter from your Landlord authorizing your business to serve wine/beer during HOH on November 18, 2026 from 6-9pm ONLY. No hard alcohol allowed! DOWNLOAD THE LETTER HERE.
